Came here around 7pm on a Saturday July 11th. Was at the window for 10 minutes and not one employee acknowledged me. Then another customer came and she was taken care of before me. I have never had this problem at this location and I wonβt be returning. A bunch of young kids who donβt know the meaning of service. The young black gentleman with braids was just staring at me and didnβt even say a word. Poor service from a bunch of incompetent kids. Poor generation. The owner or manager here seriously needs to make a change.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Iβm starting to believe the strawberry ice cream is false advertisement every time I come to this location there is never strawberry ice cream like how do you not have strawberry syrup and vanilla ice cream? Itβs kind of sad because I enjoy Dairy Queen food and ice cream but you loose a customer every time you donβt have a common flavor or syrup yet it is advertised everywhere. Very disappointing I will not be returning to this location and would rather take my money elsewhere but hope this gets resolved.

Stopped by Dairy Queen in Pompano Beach and had such a great experience! The staff was super friendly, service was fast, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The Blizzard was perfectly made, and the soft serve brought back so many childhood memories. The place was clean, welcoming, and had that classic old-school Dairy Queen vibe. Perfect spot for a quick treat after the beach or a fun family stop. Will definitely be coming back again soon!

Weβve been coming to this Dairy Queen for about 10 years, and itβs always been a great experience. The ice cream is delicious and consistently well prepared, and the service is excellentβeveryone is friendly and welcoming. Weβd like to give a special mention to Maya, who recently helped us and is always especially kind and attentive. We really appreciate her! The place is clean, with a nice outdoor seating area and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This Dairy Queen location was bustling with people and cars, featuring: outside table seating, a drive-thru, and limited parking. If you don't want to go through the drive-thru, you can place your order at the walk-up window. Frozen treats, drinks, and hot dogs are available at this location. I used a deal from the DQ app to get a small chocolate shake. Although there was a bit of a wait, I was glad to enjoy this chocolate goodness on the ride home.
